RN-Hospice

Hospice RN
Contract: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hrs
Primary Location: Wausau Comfort Care Hospice
Shift requirement: 8 hours days.
Weekend/Holiday: one weekend per month
On-call: NA
Travel Requirements: 20-25 patients, 4.5 visits per day on average (may be less if a day of higher travel). It can vary from 20-100 miles per day miles per day depending on the territory, patient census, staff availability, ect. Try to keep it to a minimum as much as possible.
Required Certifications: BLS, Active WI or Compact license, Valid Driver's license

Minimum experience: 2+ years Hospice experience
Charting Experience: Epic preferred.
Unit Information ( Case type, Patient ratio): 4-5 patients per day
Hard worker, Time management, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Dependable and Accountable, Compassionate, Positive Attitude
Scrub Colors: Can wear any type of scrubs or business casual

BLS, Active WI or Compact license, Valid Driver's license
