The facility is an acute care hospital serving the Mohave county area, known for its comprehensive care and community-focused approach. As a Progressive Care Stepdown Transitional RN - ICU, you will need an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications. A minimum of 2 years of ICU experience is required, along with proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Experience with ventilators, cardiac monitoring, and critical care protocols is essential.
