Up to date resume that includes 1- 2+ year(s) of experience as RN in ICU

Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions through detailed physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and physiological evaluations to inform treatment plans.
Administer medications, including IV infusions and injections, following strict aseptic techniques and hospital protocols.
Manage airway support with ventilators and perform advanced respiratory care to stabilize critically ill patients.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for procedures such as cardiac catheterization, dialysis, and surgical interventions within the ICU setting.
Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Conduct patient assessments, monitor lab results including laboratory experience related to infection control and diagnostic evaluation, and adjust care plans accordingly.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families about complex medical conditions such as trauma medicine, infectious disease care, or acute pain management.
