Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. This position requires a strong commitment to patient service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Duties

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Provide support in medication administration under the supervision of nursing staff.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with mobility needs using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and wheelchairs.
Support patients with special needs including those with developmental disabilities, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

CNA License for NJ (Required)
