* Case Mix: General, ENT with peds, GYN, OB, plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro

* Specialty Backup Available: 4 anesthesiologists/day; 15–18 CRNAs/day

* Support Staff Available: Anesthesiologists: 4/day, CRNAs: 15–18/day

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Licenses: Active PA license

* Board: NBCRNA required

* Certifications: BLS, ACLS

* Other Qualifications: Vascular, neuro, and thoracic experience preferred; OB optional

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide anesthesia care under the medical direction of anesthesiologists at a maximum 4:1 ratio

* Manage anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical cases including General, ENT, GYN, OB, Plastics, Endoscopy, Urology, Orthopedics, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, and Neuro

* Float between three facilities: DuBois, Clearfield, and Brookville as needed

* Perform regional blocks and epidurals as desired

* Cover cases in 11 ORs, 2 hospital GI suites, 3 GI suites at the CRNA-led endo center, bronchoscopy lab, and cath lab
