Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology jobs in Atlanta, GA give you the opportunity to provide specialized care to cancer patients in a leading ambulatory clinic environment. As an RN in oncology, you will administer chemotherapy, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through their treatment journey. You must have an active Georgia RN license and be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. At least 1-2 years of recent oncology nursing experience is required, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is necessary. Recommended skills include chemotherapy administration, IV insertion, strong communication, and adaptability in a dynamic clinical setting.
