JOB TITLE: REGISTERED NURSE (RN)-MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS

LOCATION: ALAMOSA, COLORADO

TYPE: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT

Our customer is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team across various departments. Offering a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* ER, OB, ICU, Med Surg, Surgery
* Provide nursing care, including triage assessments, administering treatments, and documenting patient conditions.
* Assist with invasive procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
* Follow nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Associate's degree in Nursing minimum; BSN preferred.
* Valid Colorado RN license and current BLS certification.
* Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, etc., required for ER, ICU, and OB RNs.
