Cath Lab Nurse Manager – $105/hr – Temp-to-Perm

Lead Cath Lab and Electrophysiology operations at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, New Jersey. Sable Corporation is recruiting an experienced nurse leader for a three-month contract with an opportunity to convert to permanent employment.

PAY & SCHEDULE
• $105 per hour; estimated $4,200 gross weekly at 40 paid hours.
• Five 8-hour day shifts, with a flexible start between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
• Local candidates and candidates willing to relocate are welcome.
• Start date, final schedule and permanent-conversion terms will be confirmed during hiring.

YOUR ROLE
Lead daily Cath Lab and EP Lab operations, staffing, workflow and patient throughput. Recruit, onboard and develop clinical staff. Partner with physicians and hospital leadership on patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality improvement. Manage staffing resources, equipment and operating and capital budgets. Support structural heart, cardiogenic shock and procedural innovation programs as Cath and EP capacity expands.

REQUIRED
• Current New Jersey RN license and BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• At least five years of Cath Lab or electrophysiology experience AND five years of management experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume program with at least four to five labs and critical care/high-risk patients.
• Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment and protocols.
• Multidisciplinary leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED
Master’s degree; complex medical center or teaching institution experience; Cath Lab and structural heart program leadership.
