Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Supportive Housing, Brooklyn (In Person)

IS43 Healthcare provides supportive housing and coordinated care in Brooklyn for people with health and daily-living needs. We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for our new Shepherd Avenue sites (Brooklyn, NY 11208). This is an in-person role.

What you'll do:
- Check and record blood pressure, pulse, temperature and respiration; monitor responses to treatment and report changes to the nurse practitioner.
- Give prescribed oral medications, injections and immunizations within LPN scope; provide basic wound care and dressing changes.
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and eating, with patience and respect.
- Take medical histories, collect lab specimens and keep accurate care records.

Pay: $34/hour. Day shifts; full-time or part-time.

Required: active New York State LPN license; CPR/BLS certification; eligible to work in the US; able to work in person in Brooklyn.
Preferred: 1+ year of direct patient care; experience in home care, supportive housing or long-term care.
