REQUIREMENTS:

* Must hold active RN license in practicing state.
* Med-Surg nursing experience preferred.
* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
* BLS required; ACLS preferred per unit needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Clinical Care:

* Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
* Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.

* Documentation & Coordination:

* Document care accurately in the patient record.
* Communicate all changes to the healthcare team promptly.

* Patient & Team Support:

* Educate patients and families on care and health goals.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care planning.
