additionalInformation: OVERTIME & BILLING RULES: Billing Cycle is weekly No cancellations All missed breaks need to be pre-approved and will be paid for with proof of approval. Overtime Policy: If the All Inclusive Hourly Rate in the Medefis Platform is $80/hour or less, Table 1 applies. If the Hourly Rate is $81 or greater, Table 2 applies: TABLE 1: Bill Rates up to $80/hour The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr. The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 12 hours in a single day shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus $30/hr. The holiday rate shall be defined as the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr. The on-call rate shall be defined in the Job Posting. The call-back rate shall be equal to the holiday rate.
