Job description:

Seeking experienced Peds LVNs for 12-hour day and night shifts, private nursing case
- One year of pediatric experience
- Critical care experience preferred
- Located in San Francisco
- Private duty nursing- One-on-one care, pediatrics, Tracheostomy care, Vent and G-tube experience a must.

The ideal candidate will have a current and active LVN license in the state of CA and at least one year of NICU or PICU experience or experience with Critical care. Responsibilities:

- Provide thoughtful care to clients and patients based on personalized Plan of Care
- Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
- Proactively updates the client/patient's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

Requirements:

- Current unrestricted LVN license in the state for which care is being provided
- Pediatric Experience
- Vent Management
- Trach Experience
- G-tube Experience
- Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
