Pay Rate: $25–$42/hr, depending on location and license/role, and assignment

Available Positions

We are hiring qualified LPNs, T-LPNs, and RNs for contract opportunities at established healthcare and skilled nursing facilities in Parkersburg and Sistersville, West Virginia.

Shift Details
Primarily night shift assignments
Approximately 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
30-minute meal break
36 guaranteed hours per week
Specific schedules and start dates may vary by assignment
Weekend requirements may vary by facility
Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to residents and patients based on their individual needs.
Monitor and assess patients and report changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Assist with care planning and implementation of treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, patients, residents, and families.
Follow infection-control procedures, safety standards, and facility policies.
Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality outcomes.
Requirements

LPN / T-LPN:

Active LPN license in West Virginia or applicable compact license.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work night shifts and meet assignment requirements.

RN:

Active RN license in West Virginia or applicable compact license.
Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the facility.
Recent RN experience; LTC/SNF/rehabilitation experience preferred.

Ability to work night shifts and meet assignment requirements.
Bonus

Completion/quick-start bonuses may be available for select locations and roles. Bonus eligibility, amount, and requirements vary by assignment and facility.
