**Pediatric Skilled Nursing Position – 4 Hours Weekly**

Unique Pediatric Hearts is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated skilled nurse to provide care for a medically fragile pediatric client receiving 4 hours of weekly nursing services.

This client is wheelchair-dependent and requires total assistance with:

* Personal hygiene and bathing
* Feeding assistance
* Medication administration
* Activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Skin observation and monitoring
* General safety and comfort care

Shift Information:

Client receives 4 hours of nursing care weekly
Nurse will work one 4-hour shift per week
Flexible scheduling available based on the client’s needs and nurse availability
Opportunity to create a consistent weekly schedule that works best for both the family and nurse
We are a GAPP agency, meaning client hours are authorized through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)
We do not work federal holidays
Some months may allow additional hours depending on the authorization schedule and larger calendar months
During the interview process, we will review how GAPP scheduling and authorized hours work
Opportunities may also be available to pick up additional clients and hours within our agency

Active RN license in the state of Georgia
Current CPR certification
Annual TB test/current negative TB screening
Compassionate and professional bedside manner
Experience with pediatric or medically fragile clients preferred
