Flexible LPN Shifts Available in Danbury’s Skilled Facility!

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in Danbury, CT.

Setting/Facility Type: 🏥 Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or provider.
Perform assessments, wound care, and other nursing procedures within LPN scope of practice.
Document medications, treatments, assessments, and resident care accurately.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures as needed.
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Active LPN License - Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state where they will be working.
Current CPR/BLS certification (if required by the facility).
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (or as required by the facility).
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and employment verification.
Current physical examination, TB test/PPD or QuantiFERON, and all required immunizations.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation to assigned facility.
