Common Diagnosis/Treatment: OR Circulator Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:1; # of Beds / Rooms / Bays: 21 to 30 EHR: EPIC Scrub Color: OR assigned scrubs; Areas of Float Support: All areas of OR Special Procedures: Most Service LInes

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, OR
Experience: 2 years
RN-MI
Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 2 References in the last 36 months

General, Ortho, GYN, URO, Trauma experience required
