DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide professional nursing care to patients with various acuities across the age spectrum.
* Evaluates the nursing process and documents findings in the EMR.
* Directs patient care activities, collaborates with ancillary staff and communicates with providers and co-workers regarding patient conditions.
