Job Description
ACI Health, Inc. is seeking experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 1-year federal assignment at a large medical center in Charleston, SC. This opportunity allows qualified nurses to contribute to patient care in a federal healthcare environment while working as part of a professional, collaborative team.

The Med/Surg RN will provide direct patient care, assist with data collection and documentation, and respond as essential personnel during emergency or crisis situations. This position requires the ability to function independently as well as effectively within a team-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a 104-bed medical facility.

Accurately collect, document, and report patient data.

Assist in emergency or crisis situations as required.

Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Rotate between day and night shifts, including weekends, as assigned.

Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and federal healthcare standards.

Collaborate with the nursing team while demonstrating strong independent clinical skills.

Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience.

Current RN license in South Carolina or valid multi-state compact license.

Current BLS certification (Required).

COVID-19 vaccination (Required).

Seasonal flu vaccination and TB/PPD test (Required).

Must successfully complete drug screening and federal background investigation.

U.S. Citizenship required (for federal employment eligibility).

Must be able to wear royal blue scrubs while on duty.
