Home Health RN

Pearl's Hope Home Health Care is looking for a part-time licensed RN to join our clinical team in Cleveland to cover cases in the Downtown/East Cleveland area (e.g. Central, Kinsman, Union Miles, East Cleveland). This position will report directly to the Director of Nursing.


Primary Duties Include

Conduct and document clinical visits under direction of DON
Conduct and document supervisory visits under direction of DON
Identify improvement opportunities and discuss with clinical team
Promote a culture committed to care excellence and high quality service
Skills and Qualifications

Licensed RN
Own a vehicle and able to visit client homes
Fluent in English
Prior experience in home health care
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong and timely documentation
Strong attention to detail
