SUMMARY:

* Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours)
* Rate: $54.1/hr

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must hold active RN license in practicing state.
* 1-2 years Telemetry or Step-Down experience preferred.
* Proficient in EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia ID.
* Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required).
* Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills.
* Experience with EMR and telemetry equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Patient Monitoring:

* Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify arrhythmias.
* Perform ongoing patient assessments and vital checks.

* Interventions:

* Administer medications, IV drips, and treatments.
* Document all assessments and interventions in EMR.

* Communication & Safety:

* Promptly communicate all patient changes to providers.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
* Educate patients and families on care and discharge.
