OR - OUTPATIENT Physical Therapist - Days

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Rehabilitation teams at Samaritan evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team at Samaritan Albany General Hospital evaluates and treat patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. We also offer a variety of services in the areas of sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy. NOTE: This is an OUTPATIENT position. Please take that into consideration when submitting your traveler. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required. Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Shift: Days (0700-1730) no weekends
