Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Telemetry Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS; BLS; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale SSN Required DOB Required Driver’s License Copy On-File
Flu Vaccine Required (Declinations accepted but must be from Religious Leader or Doctor)
NO BLOCK REQUESTS ALLOWED
NO TRAVEL PAIRS ALLOWED
