Medicare Certified Home Health Care Agency, Angel Senior Home Care, is looking for Home Health Registered Nurse. We are serving the healthcare needs of our community by providing services needed in order to allow an individual to remain safely and comfortably in their home. The Registered Nurse will provide in-home, one-on-one care to a predominately geriatric population. This home care position will give caregivers the opportunity to apply their nursing skills, while allowing for a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include proficiency in nursing management and treatments. The ability to work independently required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Angel Senior Home Care is looking for a part time Registered Nurse to join its team.

This Registered Nurse will work in the field alongside the Home Health Care Coordinator and will perform initial assessments and monthly reassessments for our in-home clients.

Job Duties:
• Perform initial nursing assessments.
• Perform supervisory visits (re-assessments).
• Develop clients plan of care (ADL’s).
• Gather and review client medication lists.
• Provides training and education to client care aides, when needed.
