REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license
* Graduate of accredited nursing program
* BLS required
* Previous addiction medicine, behavioral health, or outpatient experience preferred
* Knowledge of substance use treatment and recovery principles preferred
* Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide nursing care in outpatient addiction medicine/OTP setting
* Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment progress
* Administer medications and assist with medication-assisted treatment
* Monitor for withdrawal symptoms and adverse reactions
* Support providers in delivery of addiction treatment services
* Educate patients on recovery, medications, and treatment plans
* Maintain medication inventory and clinic safety standards
* Document care and patient interactions in the EMR
