Neuro OR Registered Nurse

* Handle surgical tools, supplies, and equipment while maintaining a sterile field during operations.
* Monitor the patient, record vital data, and manage overall room safety before, during, and after surgery.
* Help surgeons with wound exposure, positioning, hemostasis (stopping bleeding), and suturing.
* Work closely with neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure positive patient outcomes.
* Evaluate patient needs and watch for signs of neurological complications.

* Valid and active RN license in Illinois.
* At least 2 years of recent Neuro OR experience.
* Must be able to circulate, scrub is preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging work environment.
