Family First Homecare is looking for compassionate **RNs and LPNs** to support pediatric and young adult clients in the comfort of their homes. We currently have multiple **1:1 homecare opportunities** available throughout **Tarpon Springs, St. Pete, South St. Pete, Largo, Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Seminole, and Oldsmar**.

Available shifts include **days, nights, weekends, every-other-weekend schedules, and backup/fill-in coverage**.

📍 **Tarpon Springs**
🕒 **Nights:** Tuesday–Thursday, 11p–7a
🩺 **Skills Needed:** G-tube, autism, epilepsy, developmental delay
✨ **Case Details:** Pediatric female client who is walkie/talkie and attends middle school with a day nurse. Bunny and bird in the home.

📍 **St. Pete**
🕒 **Days:** Wednesday–Sunday, 7a–7p
🩺 **Skills Needed:** Trach, CPAP, full assist, transfer support
✨ **Case Details:** Young adult male with Chromosome 5 abnormality, asthma, multicystic dysplastic kidney, and hearing impairment/ASL needs. Hoyer lift and wheelchair ramp in the home. Mom available to assist as needed.

🕒 **Days:** Thursday 7a–7p every week; Saturday/Sunday 7a–7p every other week
🌙 **Nights:** Saturday 7p–7a
🩺 **Skills Needed:** G-tube, partial assist, vision therapy support
✨ **Case Details:** Pediatric female client. Several pets in the home along with family members and siblings.

📍 **St. Pete / Palm Harbor**
🕒 **Days:** Every other Saturday/Sunday, 8a–8p
🩺 **Skills Needed:** G-tube, cerebral palsy, full assist
✨ **Case Details:** Teen male who is wheelchair bound and enjoys mini basketball, watching TV, and cheering on the Rays. Schedule alternates between mom’s home in St. Pete and dad’s home in Palm Harbor.

📍 **St. Pete – Gandy Bridge Area**
🕒 **Days:** Monday and Friday, 7a–7p
🌙 **Nights:** Sunday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 7p–7a
🩺 **Skills Needed:** G-tube, standby assist, transplant history, Trisomy 21 support
✨ **Case Details:** Young adult female with vision loss and partial hearing loss. Two friendly dogs in the home along with family. Backup nurses also needed for all shifts.

🕒 **Days:** Sunday 7a–7p
🩺 **Skills Needed:** G-tube, epilepsy, full assist, Hoyer lift support
✨ **Case Details:** Pediatric female client with seizure precautions and full assist needs. Hoyer lift is available in the home.

🩺 **Skills Needed:** G-tube, Trach/Vent, full assist
✨ **Case Details:** Teen female with complex care needs. Weekend coverage alternates between each parent’s home, which are close to one another.

🕒 **Days:** Sunday 7a–7p
🩺 **Skills Needed:** Trach, G-tube, standby assist, autism support
✨ **Case Details:** Pediatric male client. Bilingual Spanish support is helpful.

🕒 **Days:** Saturday and Sunday, 8a–1p
🩺 **Skills Needed:** Seizure precautions and medication administration
✨ **Case Details:** Pediatric female client with developmental delay and kidney transplant history.

📍 **South St. Pete**
🕒 **When School Starts:** Monday 3:30p–7p and Tuesday 10a–7p
🩺 **Skills Needed:** Behavioral monitoring, ADHD support, muscular dystrophy support, medication administration
✨ **Case Details:** Teen male who is very independent and prefers to stay active and out of the home. Grandmother is the primary caregiver and has additional children in the home.

🕒 **Back-Up Coverage:** Days or nights as needed
🩺 **Skills Needed:** G-tube, cerebral palsy, transfer assist
✨ **Case Details:** Young adult female with transfer assistance needs. Two large dogs and an outdoor cat in the home.

🕒 **Back-Up / Fill-In Coverage:** Days, 8a–8p
🩺 **Skills Needed:** Colostomy/urostomy care, ADHD, autism support, energy and mood regulation support
✨ **Case Details:** Pediatric male client. Cat and dog in the home, along with an infant sibling.
