Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, LD
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN-CA(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed); ACLS(Copy needed); NRP(Copy needed); CERT-Adv. FHM(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months

Experience from a large teaching hospital or level 1 trauma center
EPIC Charting Experience
Current LD SCL and Reference
60 mile radius rule
