REQUIREMENTS:

* At least 3 years of acute care experience
* Preference given to candidates with Meditech experience
* Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure
* BLS (American Heart Association) certification
* ACLS certification
* Flu shot required (no exceptions)
* 3+ years of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients
* Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit
* Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of the diverse patient population
* Utilize the Nursing Process to make critical decisions
* Ensure holistic care addressing patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs with compassion and proficiency
