NLB Healthcare is looking for Registered Nurses with Case Management/Utilization Review experience to join our client for a contract opportunity in Duluth Georgia.
Title - RN - Case Manager
Location - Duluth GA
Travel pay - $2900 weekly gross for 40hrs
Local pay - $67/hr on w2
Duration – 13 weeks
Shift – 5x8hr Days, 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, 40hrs/week
Description:
Case Manager/Utilization Management (90%), Discharge Planning
Utilization Management - Develop plans/procedures to help improve outcome of reviews
InterQual, MCG
Plans, develops, assesses and evaluates care provided to members. Collaborates with physicians, other members of multi-disciplinary health care team and patient/family in the development. Reviews all inpatient admissions with 24 hours and begins the discharge planning process.
