Total Bed Count: 47 Bed Types and How Divided: Tele beds: 43, Dialysis beds: 4 Staffing Ratios: Days 1:4 Nights 1:4 Weekends 1:4 Schedule Requirements: Call Required: No Float Required: Staff may be floated to accommodate low staffing on other inpatient units. Weekend Coverage: Weekends are staffed the same as week days. Full time staff are required to work half of the weekend shifts. Scheduling Type: Staffer creates the schedule. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
