Join Us as Part-Time Home Health Nursing Director!

Silver Haven Home Health LLC is seeking an experienced Part-Time Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical oversight for our growing home health agency. This is a primarily remote position with approximately 10–20 hours per week initially, based on patient census and agency needs. The ideal candidate has strong home health experience and knowledge of OASIS, clinical compliance, and Medicare home health requirements.

Current and unrestricted Texas RN license.
Home health experience required.
Previous DON, Clinical Manager, or supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of OASIS and Medicare home health requirements.
WellSky/Kinnser experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment.
Must be available for occasional in-person needs as required.
