REQUIREMENTS:

* MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP
* you must have at least 3 years of acute care experience
* 3+ years of experience
* current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure
* BLS (American Heart Association)
* ACLS certification
* the flu shot is required, no exceptions
* DO NOT SUBMIT PEDI ONLY RNs

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients.
* Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the general Med/Surg unit.
* Collaborate with professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of a diverse patient population.
* Utilize the Nursing Process to make critical decisions.
* Ensure holistic care addressing age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs.
* Report to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor.
