Description

Unity Health Care will be hosting a Department of Corrections LPN Job Fair on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

We currently have Full-Time and PRN LPN opportunities available within our Department of Corrections program.
Qualified candidates attending the job fair will have the opportunity to participate in on-the-spot interviews and may be considered for next steps in the hiring process.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Current LPN license in Washington, DC, or eligibility to obtain DC licensure.
At least one year of experience in an ambulatory care setting.
Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or other special-needs populations.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse populations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
Availability to work every other weekend.
