We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform clinical testing across general laboratory, Blood Bank, and Microbiology sections. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely results, including quality control, proficiency testing, and preventative maintenance. Key duties include recognizing critical values, performing phlebotomy, and operating automated analyzers. • Associate’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology required.


• Certification: Board Certified or eligible (must complete within 1 year).


• Experience with Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology preferred.


• New graduates from NAACLS-accredited programs are welcome.


• Strong troubleshooting and LIS skills.
