RN Home Health - Work week would be Monday-Friday 8-5, or 4day off Monday or Friday 7:30 -17:30. Our average patient count is 7-8 for a 5 day week 8-9 for a 4 day week. average 33 patients a week. On call 1 weekend a month . We cover Reeves and Ward county. Our patients are 5-10 minutes apart. We do travel 30 min and give points for that trip. We use Wellsky for our EMR. We also do Hospice currently with no Hospice. patients. We do Start of care-Oasis Resumptions and discharges. I think that pretty much covers what a contract nurse would be assigned.
