ABOUT THE CLINICIAN'S WORKDAY
This position is Monday through Thursday, working four 10-hour shifts for a 40-hour week. The role includes chronic care and sick visits, with a minimum of 15 patients seen per day, serving both adult male and female patients.

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS

* Case Load/PPD:  Minimum of 15 patients per day
* Support Staff:  5 nurses, charge nurse DON and HSA psych NP 3 days and medical director 1 day per week
