Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2286.00 - $2403.00

The Travel RN-Home Health in Butler, GA lets you deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while enjoying a friendly community with Southern charm. In this role, you will coordinate and implement individualized care plans, travel to patient residences, and support recovery and independence for adults and seniors. The facility provides a range of services including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social services, all focused on helping patients remain independent at home. If you have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and at least one year of nursing experience, especially in home health or chronic care, you are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong communication and organizational skills will help you succeed in this assignment.
