Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will implement treatment plans, assist patients with mobility and therapeutic exercises, provide education and home exercise programs, document patient progress, and support the use of adaptive and durable medical equipment. The role may involve working in hospital, clinic, community, home-care, and remote settings, with occasional travel by boat or small aircraft.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program, an active Alaska PTA license, current BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Acute-care hospital and outpatient experience is preferred.
