REQUIREMENTS

• Active Oregon Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.

• Pediatric experience required; school-based experience preferred.

• Ability to implement therapy plans under OT supervision.

• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based environments preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed OT.

• Support delivery of services in a consultative, classroom-based (push-in) model.

• Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills within classroom routines.

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student participation and success.

• Help prepare materials and adapt classroom tools as directed by the OT.

• Document services and maintain accurate records per program requirements.

• Participate in team meetings and support IEP implementation as directed.

• Maintain compliance with FERPA and applicable regulations.

• Provide services on-site only (no remote work).

• Perform other duties as assigned.
