$66.50/hour | Estimated $2,660 gross per week at 40 paid hours

13-week contract | Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. | No weekends

Sable Corporation is seeking an experienced home-health Physical Therapist to provide care in patients’ homes throughout Morris County. Orientation takes place at 465 South Street in Morristown. This is an in-person home-care assignment, not a remote role.

Required Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.

• Prior home-health physical therapy experience is required.

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.

• At least two years of relevant experience.

• Ability to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and exercise independent clinical judgment.

Epic experience is preferred. Specialist certification and experience with complex patient care are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.

• Deliver physical therapy treatments and reassess patient progress.

• Teach patients and families how to support safe mobility and recovery.

• Complete accurate clinical documentation and billing records.

• Collaborate with lead clinicians and the care team.

Schedule and Pay

Five 8-hour weekday shifts, 40 hours per week, for a 13-week assignment. Start date will be confirmed with the recruiter. Weekly gross is an estimate before taxes based on hours worked, not a guaranteed payment.
