Registered Nurse - Med Surg / Telemetry || Urgent Hiring || Quick Offer
Pay Rate: $58.00 - $60.00 per hour
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: Day or Night Shifts Available
We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong Medical-Surgical/Telemetry background to join our healthcare team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation setting, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Administer Heparin drips and acute medications as ordered.
Monitor and assess patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs.
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care while maintaining accurate documentation in EPIC EMR.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize specialty equipment including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and PT equipment.
- Requirements
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS & ACLS certifications (Required).
Recent documented Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience (Required).
Completed Med/Tele skills checklist (Required).
Experience with EPIC EMR. - Location
