Registered Nurse, Psych
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed); CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention(Copy Needed)

**De-escalation (SAMA or CPI) required
**Previous experience in gero psych unit required
**Recent (within last year) Senior Behavioral Health in ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL setting experience required
