JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: AANP or ANCC certification required
* Licenses: Active unrestricted Ohio NP license, DEA with Ohio address
* DEA / CDS: DEA schedules II-V required
* Certifications: ACLS (AHA preferred), BLS required
* Experience: 500 patients within the past 12 months or program completion within the last 12 months
* Other Qualifications: Ohio license or IMLC-equivalent eligibility preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide hospital medicine services in a collaborative APP/Physician practice model
* Cover APP shifts from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
* Manage approximately 55 encounters per day
* Handle 5-6 admissions per night
* Collaborate with supervising/collaborating physician in Hospital Medicine
