Home Health Aide (HHA) - Supportive Housing, Brooklyn (In Person)

IS43 Healthcare provides supportive housing and coordinated care in Brooklyn. We are hiring Home Health Aides for our new Shepherd Avenue sites (Brooklyn, NY 11208). This is an in-person role.

What you'll do:
- Help residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and eating.
- Check pulse, temperature and blood pressure as assigned; report changes to the supervising nurse or case manager.
- Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, bed linens; grocery shopping and meals that follow each resident's diet.
- Companionship, and going with residents to medical appointments and outings.

Pay: $22/hour. Full-time or part-time.

Required: active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate; eligible to work in the US; able to work in person in Brooklyn.
Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent; experience in home care or supportive housing. CNAs with home-care experience welcome.
