Nurse Manager - Cardiac Cath Lab (Temp to Perm)

Nurse Manager specializing in Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology (EP) Labs. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity at Morristown, NJ

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations, patient throughput, and personnel across Cath and EP labs.
• Manage operational/capital budgets and drive quality assurance initiatives.
• Support the expansion of our regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs.
• Direct the strategic integration of new, state-of-the-art procedure rooms.


Mandatory Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience (complex medical center or teaching institution background required).
• Clinical Background: Minimum 5 years in a Cardiac Cath or EP lab setting with critical care/high-risk experience.
• Volume Capability: Proven success managing a large-volume environment (minimum 4–5 labs).
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Certifications: BLS required.
