The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides care to acutely ill patients who are moderately stable but have an elevated risk of becoming unstable. Nurses use advanced clinical knowledge and skills to perform close monitoring, patient assessments, and timely interventions to support safe, high-quality patient care.
- Requirements

- Oregon RN License: Current, active, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse license required at submission.
- BLS: Current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification required.
- ACLS: Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification required.
- NIHSS: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification required.
- Experience: PCU and basic EKG experience preferred.
- Distance Requirement: Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

- Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts
- Weekly Pay Package: $2,450 blended
- Taxable Base Rate: $30.55/hour
- OT/Holiday Rate: $72.50/hour
- Non-taxable Per Diem: $1,350/week, subject to eligibility. - Profession
