Job Summary

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Perform basic wound care and dressing changes
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Support and collaborate with the healthcare team
Requirements
Active LVN license (state-specific)
Basic clinical and patient care skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Certifications
BLS (Basic Life Support) – required
Work Environment
