REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license in the practicing state.
* Experience in perioperative or operating room nursing preferred.
* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
* BLS required; CNOR or specialty certifications preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Prepare patients, instruments, and the OR environment for surgery.
* Circulate or scrub during surgical procedures, assisting the surgical team.
* Monitor patient status, administer medications, and maintain sterile technique.
* Document surgical care accurately and ensure compliance with protocols.
* Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care.
