Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery - Travel - (LD RN)
StartDate: 12/15/2025 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $2228.82 - $2456.25

Join our team as a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Registered Nurse (RN) at Saint Mary's Hospital in Richmond, VA. To qualify for this position, you must have an active RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery or a related field. Preferred qualifications include experience with neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) certification and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification. Unit Specific Details
11 Labor Rooms, 2 OBs, 2 OR's, 3 OB ED (Triage), 12 Antepartum/Women's OBGYN unit
Average 200 deliveries per month.
Equipment: warmer, GE monitor, pulse ox, blood glucose
Skill Sets: fetal monitoring or cardiac monitoring
Patient Population: deliveries (vaginal/c-section), version, cerclages.
3 RNs and one tech for most shifts
Ratio*: 1:1 during active labor, 1:3 for antepartum
*Ratios are never guaranteed but what the unit attempts to achieve with normal staffing. Ratios are subject to change based on staffing.
