Job Description:

Join a trusted community hospital providing compassionate, family-centered Labor & Delivery care. This L&D unit supports a wide range of obstetric patients across all age groups — adolescents, adults, and pediatrics — and requires nurses who can provide safe, confident, and emotionally supportive care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum transition.

This role is ideal for experienced L&D nurses comfortable with telemetry, triage, fetal monitoring, and emergency response in a community setting. Nurses with strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to adapt quickly will thrive in this environment.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
Active RN License (VA or Compact)

Required Certifications:
ACLS
NRP
AWHONN Advanced or AWHONN Intermediate
Charting: Epic (preferred)
Weekend Rotation: Every third weekend
Travel Experience: Not required
